1. No Refunds

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds due to the high costs associated with creating AI characters and generating voices. Our upstream providers restrict refund requests for GPU processing time used in the AI voice and material generation process. This would result in a loss for us, and by signing up, you agree to waive your right to a refund for this reason.

2. Subscription and Recurring Payments

Billing and Cancellation:

  • Subscriptions on CelebVoicify.com renew automatically based on the billing cycle you select (monthly or yearly).
  • To cancel your subscription, you must click on the Billing button located at the top right corner of your account dashboard. Follow the instructions to complete the cancellation process. Cancellations must be made before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree to use CelebVoicify.com services in compliance with all applicable laws and not for any unlawful or harmful activities. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

  • Scams: Using our services to engage in or promote fraudulent activities.
  • Abuse and Harassment: Generating videos with the intent to abuse, harass, or harm any individual, or to damage their reputation.
  • Infringement of Rights: Using the service to infringe on the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we suspect any prohibited activity.

4. Suspension and Account Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account involved in suspicious activities without prior notice.
  • We may also block users or suspend accounts if there is an excessive or abusive use of the video generation service.

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
